Itineraries

If you tell us your interests and specific needs, we will prepare a suggested itinerary for your stay, or part of your stay, using our local knowledge. This will include a short description of the visitor attractions / activities, best time to visit, hints and tips for getting the best from your visit, tailored to your individual needs. We will provide contact details so that you can book, for example, mobility aids and advance tickets where this is necessary due to Covid-19. We charge £20 for each day the itinerary covers.

Wedding Preparation

Owl Cottage provides a spacious venue in a glorious country setting for a bridal party to prepare for the wedding. With 3 large double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a huge living room, there is plenty of space to get ready for your big day! Contact us to arrange a visit and discuss your requirements.

Artwork

Many of the paintings and artwork in Owl Cottage, some by local artists and craftspeople, are for sale and a catalogue is available. Please note we like to support local businesses and so do not charge them a commission.

Guided Walks

Chailey is fortunate in having an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways, through beautiful countryside. Don Cranfield is locally born and bred and can show you the local history and wildlife on guided walks of varying lengths, from 1 to 4 hours. £25 per hour.
